"August Guest House" is not just another "Guest House" with boring bedrooms that look out into a concrete courtyard, cluttered with pigeons and dustbins waiting to be emptied. Nothing like that at our bed and breakfast.

Each one of our bedrooms looks out onto the countryside of "Rosedale Valley". A unique area set in the heart of the "North York Moors National Park" where a wealth of beauty can be found whatever the season. Wake up to views that will start the day "just right" and carry on to a breakfast set in a room with panoramic views of Rosedale Valley that might just make you linger a while.

Our bedrooms have been named after birds that can be found local to the area, and are en-suite. We offer 3 double, 1 twin en-suite with spacious showers. All bedrooms are fully centrally heated and equipped to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each one has a colour television, kettle, a complementary range of teas and coffees, along with snacks presented on a hospitality tray.
Provided are, fluffy white towels, face cloth, soap, sachet of shampoo, shower gel, shower cap and hair dryers.

Bedside lights will allow you to relax and read that bedtime book you always wanted to catch up on, but never really had time. Every comfort is provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and no matter whatever the weather, our bedrooms provide a kind of peace only found in the countryside.
